Back in LA

I am finally back in LA and my European vacation is over. You can see the highlights of it on my Instagram. It's always nice to get away from the place you live in: it helps put things in a different perspective, appreciate what you have and reevaluate your goals. It also definitely broadens your mind and simply helps you grow. I am excited to start the new working year with lots of exciting projects and events.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Now that 2014 has already started I want to congratulate you all and wish you a healthy, happy and prosperous year. I feel very grateful for all your support during the past year. Without you guys I wouldn't be blogging for so long and wouldn't be able to have the exciting opportunities that my blog has brought. I wish you all to believe in yourselves and always know that whatever you imagine in your wildest dreams is possible with a lot of hard work and dedication! My Prada boots, that I ordered on Thanksgiving, have finally arrived just in time for the freezing cold weather. It's officially time for puffer outwear in LA.

Black Friday, Deals and a Trip to NYC!

I haven't disappeared, just got way too busy with online and offline shopping taking advantage of Black Friday deals :) By the way, you can still take advantage of major sales from these stores: ASOS, Bloomingdales, Sephora, Nordsdrom, Shopbop, Barneys, Forward by Elyse Walker, Saks Fifth Avenue. Obviously, sales are almost anywhere, but these stores are the ones which kept me busy. I am talking designer stuff at almost half off!!!

Now, to the outfit! I bought this dress in August but it is still one of my favorite little black dresses. It has a perfect feminine shape and soft thick texture. Added a foulard to bring more sophistication to the look.

These photos were taken right before summer came back to LA. In the past few days we are back to t-shirts. Not that I am complaining, but I really want fall to return.

Flashback Friday: Leather and Sweatpants at NYFW

I found this look from NYFW that I haven't shared with you yet. I decided to combine something that might sound a little weird: leather and sweatpants. But nevertheless, this was one of my most successful looks at NYFW, I literally got stopped by street style photographers every 5 seconds.

So New York Fashion Week is over and I am finally back in LA with lots of great memories and tons of photos to edit. I took lots of outfit pictures in New York (since I changed so many times =)) and will be happy to share them with you very soon. And for now, this is the outfit I wore PRE-fashion week here in LA - I have been into cropped sweaters lately (as seen here).

Fashion Week Continues...

My days are all mixed up at the moment. I don't remember what was yesterday and what I have planned for tomorrow. I am definitely enjoying lots of events and exciting collections. On the downside, I barely sleep, eat once a day and change around 4 times a day =) Imagine how much time I spend thinking what to wear! Here is a short recap of the most exciting events recently.

Let's start with the most relaxing so far - a lovely Sunday brunch with PAVAN on the beautiful rooftop of the Refinery Hotel. I wore a feminine and incredibly pretty dress from Club Monaco, which seemed to be a perfect choice for a Sunday afternoon. Added this cute thin necklace from Wild Butterfly Boutique to keep the feminine vibe. Even the Pavan sangria (which is absolutely delicious and refreshing, by the way) matches my look =) By the way, check out Pavan's Facebook Sweepstakes - very exciting!
