French Business

If you have been following my blog for a while, you know how much I love to incorporate french details in my style. This look is a perfect reflection of it. White lace details add a sophisticated touch to an overall casual business look.
By the way, you guys, completely random, but I just discovered a special treatment for hair loss that I'll recommend for my dad. Check it out, and tell your men in your life as well - PRP for hair loss

Little Details

I like my outfits to be simple yet stylish and sometimes it's all about the little details that you add to the look that change the whole perspective. In this particular case I added a sophisticated pendant from Michael Hill to the feminine lace top, velvet skirt and ankle boots, and this added a touch of elegance and charm that the look was missing. Michael Hill is a great site for sophisticated jewelry options for every pocket.

Romper Time

Spring is in full swing and that means it's officially romper time :) The one I am obsessing with at the moment is the neon peach romper from The Mint Julep Boutique. It's perfect for a casual stroll or a dressy night out. Accessorized with lace details to complement the look and added a backpack for a casual touch ;) Happy Monday!

Dolce Gabbana

Happy Monday, dear friends! Today's look is all about accessories and details. I am mixing lace back with studs and golden embellishments. As for accessories - it's Dolce Gabbana all the way =) Loving my new bag - it's a perfect pop of color for any look.

Transitioning to Fall

Fall is right around the corner and I slowly transition my wardrobe into the new season. Over the weekend I donated three huge bags of my old clothes to Goodwill and I am ready to restock my wardrobe with fall items. Apparently, this season I am into brown leather (faux leather of course!) - how much more "fall" can it be? ;) Picked up the leather skirt at Zara and styled it with uber-elegant top combo from Topshop. And the key piece of the look, to my mind, is my colorblock tote from Culture Riot! So spacious and so "fall"!
And the most exciting news now! Tomorrow I'll be in New York and will start "reporting live" from New York Fashion Week. I am so excited to attend it this year again (last year's adventures are here) and I am so grateful for your support, without which I wouldn't be there! Follow my Instagram adventures on @byDianaMarks and the next blog post will definitely be about New York ;)

Parental Advisory: Classy Nerd in Town

When I was a little girl I had a very bad eyesight but I was so terrified of looking ugly or nerdy in glasses that I preferred to see very poorly than to look funny! Nowadays, years after my laser eye surgery, I find myself obsessing with clear fashion glasses because a) they look so awesome and b) being nerdy is very cool (or am I the only one who thinks so? :) ).
Love the colorful frame of these glasses from Trioo and obsessing with the affordable version of popular "Parental Advisory Explicit Content" sweatshirt from ChicWish. Happy Monday!

Everyday Value

As much as I love to dress up and change my outfits every day, I sometimes find one item that I am obsessing about (which will definitely be versatile!) and wear it several times a week creating different looks with it. But regardless of the frequency of wearing one item, we all love to have a huge selection of clothing at home ;) But how do we keep it going without spending all our monthly salaries on it? The solution is Target Style! They have a huge selection of everyday value pieces which are extremely affordable and so versatile! For example, I got this nautical crop top for just $16.99 (What a steal!) and I already have countless options of styling it in my mind! Here is just one of them: high waisted pencil skirt, my top and brown accessories - simple, chic and definitely elegant! ;)
By the way Target has a huge selection in each category of "10 steals of summer" being that swimsuits, crop tops, dresses, sunglasses, shorts, tees, bags, sandals, drapey pants and whites -  you are covered from top to bottom! =)
I am also excited to announce my partnership with Cosmic Cart, the universal shopping cart for the web. Cosmic Cart lets you buy items from multiple retailers without having to leave my site! When you see the Cosmic Cart icon in photos, click it to shop the look. It's that simple! Happy shopping!

Lace and Floral

This weekend I did quite a bit of shopping and, like any blogger does, I immediately used an opportunity to wear what I got =) These heels from Zara are my latest obsession and even though they don't match by color I think they go perfectly well with with the awesome Kate Spade bag. And the Tory Burch sunnies are for sure going to be summer go-tos.

Popped Collar

I wanted to start my post by saying THANK YOU so much for sticking by me while my blog had rare updates. I had lots of family matters these past couple of months, but I'll try to have a more regular post schedule from now on.
This look is an example how a simple blazer with popped collar can complete a glam look. I feel that I can switch from a day of meetings in Beverly Hills to a night out in Hollywood without changing a thing =) Happy Monday!

Feminine Chic

I wore this skirt on severals occasions recently and each time the outfit came out very feminine. This look is the most sophisticated of all: the lace top, the bow on the belt and pastel pink heels add up to the whole "princess"-feel of the skirt.

Leather, Lace and Neon

I think leather and lace is such an easy way to create a stylish and interesting look. On a side, these bright neon shoes are quite handy in so many outfits. I would have never thought!
