Cut Out Shoulders

I love this beautiful velvet top from Salsit - cut out shoulders add chic to the sophisticated burgundy turtleneck. It definitely has to stand out in the outfit, so I paired the top with white pants and neon pumps.

Top: Salsit. Pants: Topshop. Shoes: Kate Spade. Bag: Chanel. Bracelet: Ambre & Louise.
