My favorite way to get more nutrients and vitamins is to drink freshly squeezed (or in this case freshly pressed) juices from Pressed Juicery. The pressed juice is different from squeezed because a hydraulic press actually grinds the produce wholly into a fine pulp, after which it applies thousands of pounds of pressure to this pulp, extracting every ounce of juice that the fruit or vegetable can possibly yield. But enough of the boring stuff, the main difference is that there is NO PULP in these freshly pressed delicious juices. For vegetable haters this is a perfect choice to incorporate more vegetables into your diets ;)
The place per se is just a small booth with incredibly fast service and a wide selection of juices.
They also offer different cleansing programs and can even deliver the juices straight to your house, if you are based in Los Angeles.
I LOVE making my own juices at home. I wish we had a place just like this where I live!
